Andre Marques, MD, is an internal medicine physician and the founder of Solution Health Specialists, dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across Central Florida.

Nationally recognized for his leadership in value-based medical care, Dr. Marques serves as a trusted primary care physician, a certified medical director for skilled nursing facilities, and an active participant in the Medicare ACO REACH model. His work spans the full continuum of care—including primary care, inpatient hospital medicine, post-acute, and long-term care—where he continues to drive innovation and measurable improvements in patient outcomes.

Dr. Marques earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 2002 and received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He went on to complete a rigorous Internal Medicine residency at New York-Presbyterian Cornell, where he refined his clinical expertise and deep commitment to excellence in adult medicine.

With over a decade of experience in post-acute and long-term care leadership, Dr. Marques is known for advancing quality, safety, and patient-centered performance improvement initiatives. As a Board Member of a national Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) ACO, he helped design and implement value-based care strategies that achieved the #1 national ranking in quality, generated over $100 million in Medicare savings, and improved the health of tens of thousands of patients nationwide.
