What happens during telehealth appointments?

Your Solution Health Specialists provider calls during your scheduled appointment time slot. You can use your phone, computer, tablet, or other electronic device to chat with your specialist. 

They review the reason for your appointment and your symptoms, medical history, medications, and lifestyle habits. If you have any visible symptoms, your specialist examines the affected area virtually.

They determine if you need lab work, other diagnostic tests, or in-office or home visit care. If not, they create a personalized treatment that might include watchful waiting, rest and fluids, injury or wound care, over-the-counter or prescription medications, lifestyle modifications, or dietary supplements.
